OVERVIEW: Designed for use in the monitoring of critical goods and equipment that need special care and handling during transportation, storage and use. Shock, vibrations, and unacceptable environmental conditions can cause costly damage. Identifying responsibility for these unacceptable conditions is the first step in deterring damage and downtime in the future.

The Lamerholm ShockLog range of impact & environmental recorders provide ongoing monitoring of the intensity and duration of shock and vibration to large stationary or moving equipment, structures, and products. Tri-axial piezo-electric accelerometer technology is used to record impact direction, amplitude, and duration. Optional sensors can be added to record changes in temperature, humidity & atmospheric pressure as well as Tilt & Roll parameters.

To complete this comprehensive solution the ShockLog range are offered with a comprehensive Windows-based software program that allows you to program your own warning & alarm thresholds, set the frequency of data collection and specify the actual parameters to be recorded. When a pre-programmed impact level is exceeded, data will be stored for future downloading & analysis generating reports and various graphical charts.

  ColdMark™   ColdMark™ - Encased in a cylindrical tube, specially formulated fluids turn from clear to violet when exposed to temperatures below the predetermined activation temperature level. Four activation temperatures cover a broad spectrum of applications. Simply peel the release liner off the back of the indicator and apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive backing to any dry surface to activate and apply.
  HeatWatch™   HeatWatch™ - This proprietary device monitors product that has been exposed to extremely high temperatures above a specified level. After a minimum of 30 minutes, the device turns from pink to red to indicate unacceptable exposure.
  TrekView™   TrekView™ - help to prevent mishandling of your environmentally sensitive goods during transportation or storage. These portable data loggers accurately record temperature and humidity for products being transported and stored. Data collected can be used to graphically analyze environmental indices.
  WarmMark™   WarmMark™ - ShockWatch® Environmental Indicators monitor temperature during shipping and storage, indicating whether goods have been subjected to unacceptable temperatures.
  WarmMark™ Duo   WarmMark™ Duo - ShockWatch® Environmental Indicators monitor temperature during shipping and storage, indicating whether goods have been subjected to unacceptable temperatures.
  WarmMark® Long Run   WarmMark® Long Run - This device utilises the same chemistry proven in the WarmMark Indicators while allowing for a longer exposure to temperatures that exceed the threshold level.
