OVERVIEW: Designed for use in the monitoring of critical goods and equipment that need special care and handling during transportation, storage and use. Shock, vibrations, and unacceptable environmental conditions can cause costly damage. Identifying responsibility for these unacceptable conditions is the first step in deterring damage and downtime in the future.

The Lamerholm ShockLog range of impact & environmental recorders provide ongoing monitoring of the intensity and duration of shock and vibration to large stationary or moving equipment, structures, and products. Tri-axial piezo-electric accelerometer technology is used to record impact direction, amplitude, and duration. Optional sensors can be added to record changes in temperature, humidity & atmospheric pressure as well as Tilt & Roll parameters.

To complete this comprehensive solution the ShockLog range are offered with a comprehensive Windows-based software program that allows you to program your own warning & alarm thresholds, set the frequency of data collection and specify the actual parameters to be recorded. When a pre-programmed impact level is exceeded, data will be stored for future downloading & analysis generating reports and various graphical charts.

298 ShockLog   298 ShockLog - The enhanced 298 ShockLog combines Lamerholm Electronics advanced tri-axel piezo electric accelerometer technology with sophisticated electronics and software to offer an advanced shock and vibration monitoring instrumentation.
248 ShockLog   248 ShockLog - The enhanced 248 ShockLog combines Lamerholm Electronics advanced tri-axel piezo electric accelerometer technology with sophisticated electronics and software to offer an advanced shock and vibration monitoring instrumentation.
208 ShockLog   208 ShockLog - The 208 ShockLog introduces a whole new series of ShockLog products to the range and is aimed at the entry level market. The Lamerholm Electronics advanced tri-axel piezo electric accelerometer technology with sophisticated electronics and software to offer an advanced shock and vibration monitoring instrument however the 208 series is restricted to recording time slot data only.
eTrak   eTrak - eTrak is a GPS & GPRS transportation tracking device that is capable of connecting to any Environmental Data Recorder (EDR) with a communication output providing up to 16bits of data (CRC checked), such as the 298 ShockLog recorder.
Legacy Products   Legacy Products - The original ShockLog recorders are small battery powered data loggers fitted with three built-in piezo accelerometers and an internal temperature sensor. The design has been optimised for the measurement of shock and vibration for investigative and protective purposes on goods in transit and storage throughout the supply chain.
RD400 Single Axis Accelerometer   RD400 Single Axis Accelerometer - connects directly into the 298 ShockLog via an RS232 cable and provides the ability to monitor, on a single axis basis, specifically vulnerable areas of the product under test.
RD401 Remote Indicator System   RD401 Remote Indicator System - enables users to remotely communicate with and monitor the status of the 298 ShockLog. The RD401 is particularly useful for companies where the monitoring device is enclosed either in the product itself or its packaging.
Tilt & Roll   Tilt & Roll - ShockLog Impact & Environmental Recorders continually monitor the shock, vibration, and environmental conditions experienced by structures, facilities, and equipment during transit, storage, and operation. Triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer technology records direction, amplitude, and duration of impact force, while onboard sensors record changes in temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. Designed for both lab and field testing, these recorders help deter, monitor, and minimise damage. ShockLog 298 records the date and time of up to 400 shock and vibration events.
The ShockLog Windows-based software   The ShockLog Windows-based software - The ShockLog windows-based software works with all ShockLog models and has been designed to make collating and reporting data an intuitive and easy process. Providing much more than the basic functions of configuring the equipment and extracting data, the software allows the data to be presented in user configurable reports from a single page mission report to the raw data itself for posttest analysis. To add to its versatility all reports can be exported to other applications, such as Microsoft Excel for further analysis. Available in database format encompassing a query builder tool ensuring all collected data can be stored and retrieved easily with the ability to cross reference against previous journeys and other ShockLog units.
