SHOCKWATCH IMPACT DETECTORS

ShockWatch Labels - these effective, attention-grabbing devices act as a strong visual deterrent to unacceptable handling, no matter what you are shipping. Affixed directly to your goods or packaging, these shock sensors detect and record impact and mishandling of products during transportation, storage and general handling.

ShockWatch Clips - utilising the same technology as the ShockWatch labels, these clips are designed to mount directly onto a product or container, the clip is compact and economical — providing damage reduction whenever and wherever your products are handled.

ShockWatch Mini-Clip - using the same technology as the Clip, the Mini-Clip offers a reduced footprint – providing reliable impact detection to smaller products, allowing you to pinpoint areas of concern during the shipping and handling process.

ShockWatch Multi Clips - a version of the clip product, the ShockWatch Multi-G Clip is a unique, cost-effective shock diagnostic tool for packaging engineers, distribution analysts, product designers, and manufacturing engineers. It is designed for determining package sensitivity during drop testing. The clear acrylic housing incorporates three tube sensitivities into a single unit to indicate a customisable low, medium, and high sensitivity to impact.

ShockWatch Mag2000 - a cost-efficient, resettable, reusable, and tamper-proof device that monitors the handling of fragile goods and freight containers over 50 kg. When an impact occurs, the device records the direction and angle of impact.

The MAG 2000 utilizes two highly sensitive magnets triggered when a shock or vibration is strong enough to disrupt the magnetic attraction. This causes the upper magnet to move from its home position and appear in a new visible position within the unit. The position of the upper magnet clearly indicates the angle of impact.

ShockWatch Mag2000 Impact Date/Timer - similar to the MAG 2000, this device monitors the shipping and handling of fragile goods and freight containers over 50 kg. When an impact occurs, the device also records the date and time the impact occurred.
SHOCKWATCH TILT INDICATORS

TiltWatch™ are affixed directly to your goods or packaging, these tilt indicators detect and record unacceptable tilting on goods that must remain upright. Simple, cost-efficient and highly effective, these attention-grabbing devices provide visual deterrents to unacceptable handling, no matter what you are shipping.

These tilt sensor turns red if the container it is affixed to tips on its side or is completely upended. TiltWatch will not activate under normal handling conditions or aircraft take-offs.


TiltWatch™ Plus This indicator incorporates three separate indications — two that determine the exact angle of tilt and from what direction the shipment tilted, and one that indicates whether complete overturn has occurred — providing complete 360-degree monitoring. The TiltWatch Plus will not activate from normal handling conditions such as take-off angles.
SHOCKWATCH TEMPERATURE INDICATORS

ColdMark™ - Encased in a cylindrical tube, specially formulated fluids turn from clear to violet when exposed to temperatures below the predetermined activation temperature level. Four activation temperatures cover a broad spectrum of applications. Simply peel the release liner off the back of the indicator and apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive backing to any dry surface to activate and apply.
WarmMark™-With this temperature indicator, a proprietary red dye is released onto a blotter to clearly indicate when your shipment is exposed to temperature levels above your predetermined level, creating a permanent and immediate indication of the duration of exposure. Activation of the device is simple — remove the tab and barrier film and apply to a dry surface on your product or packaging.

WarmMark™ Duo This device monitors the exposure and duration of exposure of a product above two activation temperature levels.
WarmMark™ Long run This device utilizes the same chemistry proven in the WarmMark™ Indicators while allowing for a longer exposure to temperatures above the threshold level.

HeatWatch™ This proprietary device monitors product that has been exposed to extremely high temperatures above a specified level. After a minimum of 30 minutes, the device turns from pink to red to indicate unacceptable exposure.

Datascribe Recorders help to prevent mishandling of your environmentally sensitive goods during transportation or storage. These portable data loggers accurately record temperature and humidity for products being transported and stored. Data collected can be used to graphically analyze environmental indices.
